Current Employee - Sales Assistant

Pros

The perks within the job are amazing, 50% off full priced items; 20% off sale items; 2 free pairs of work shoes per season... list goes on Team are mostly people aged from 18-30, so people tend to... have a lot in common Managers are friendly and easy to talk to Incentives to work hard are good Hard work is rewarded

Cons

The only con about working here is actually the customers, compared to other companies I have worked for and the 3 years of sales experience I have, the expectations and demands customers have are... quite high, I would not recommend working here unless you have a strong backbone as many are entitled and can be upsetting to deal with.
