Pros

Amazing work/life balance, variety of tasks and developmental opportunities, and some of the best people I've ever worked with in my 12+ year career! BSC is definitely an employer that cares about... it's employees and it's customers. It's wonderful being part of an organization that gives back so much to both groups!

Some typical struggles in a large organization of changes or solutions taking some time to implement or get answers/assistance to questions.
