- Great sense of community amongst the coworkers - Great office with a gym, yoga room... in the 11th so the location is grand - Good compensation although it could be better

- Lack of transparency on management decisions - Not enough consideration of our interns - Not enough team buildings : there are general team parties and events, but no focus on the relationship... within the smaller teams! It's a flex office so there are some close coworkers with whom I don't have any relationship aside from meetings - There's a lot of work and I don't feel like we're recruiting enough
