With a great friendly staff, personal training and personal based success you can't go wrong with working here. Best part about the job was having the knowledge that you yourself was the only... limiting factor to the success. Management always left you the open door towards your own success! I learned so much on my internship with Zengo which has made me a better person in all areas! My time there built my personal skills and innerpersonal skills far beyond where I would have been otherwise. Also right away you are part of the team. Again you have equal chance at any benefits, such as company trips, as the guy next to you which is a huge plus that this company does not work on the old seniority system.

Cons

There were times when it felt like you had to hangout with the team after a long day of work when the only thing on your mind was sleep and or not spending money on going out food. But really that... is the only downside, and you can still decline the going out offer I would suppose. Not really a Con, but keep in mind that your outlook will shape your perception and success. Having a poor attitude or not giving it your all will affect your performance (Though that can be said about any job in reality) because this a personal success driven company (again no seniority bias here)
