People at the plant are great.

Cons

There are no safety managers at the plant. Management of safety is divided among the Managers and Supervisors. Things get missed because there is no one keeping track of what is going on .

Advice to Management

You need to value your employees more. You say Safety is important yet you removed your safety managers from the plants.
