Pros
I worked from home (in Ireland) which I loved. I had a good relationship with my colleagues in Texas and never felt alone. The work was varied which kept it interesting. We also got to attend live... events abroad which was fun.
Cons
There were communication issues but this improved over time.

- Remote/Work from anywhere "Pros": -Unlimited PTO (AKA: How to not pay anyone time off accruals after the next round of mass layoffs/How to pay middle managers for doing even less than when... they're at work)
Cons
-Disingenuous ok leadership and management - Unethical business practices including: Outdated/incorrect data used to pitch products to clients/for client monthly reporting)/Unresolved ongoing known... data discrepancies affecting client retention and campaign success - Unaddressed employee well-being or communication during constant and ongoing re-orgs & acquisition/lack of transparency about direction of the company or role expectations on re-org'd teams - Lack of team or product strategy/Team feedback ignored with no follow up or acknowledgement from management -Extreme burn out across teams/Poor product performance -Outsourcing to the point of total project failures from constant delays/miscommunications/knowledge gaps/resources -Significant loss of renewed business/unaddressed complaints and feedback from clients and employees alike - Undefined/Vague performance metrics, poor coaching from management on strategy or team collaboration/improvements to process, etc - Several known instances of management retaliation and mishandled discrimination cases/Historically bad exit interviews from former employees that are never addressed or acknowledged
