Current Contractor - Anonymous Contractor

I have been working at Akzo Nobel Worldwide

Pros

The staff are friendly as a whole The salary is quite good and the benefits of the company are excellent

Cons

Management may not listen to staff ideas Not many opportunities for advancement

Former Employee - Customer Service Representative

I worked at Uber full-time for more than a year

Pros

Excellent perks (UberEats credit, meals at the office, wellness days, local discounts, wellness benefit) , opportunities for progression, great coworkers, "culture of questions", great leadership on... the floor

Cons

Long hours (it is shift work)

Advice to Management

Hire more people to reduce the long shifts & provide on-site counseling (for those occasional hard calls)
