Current Contractor - Passenger Service Assistant

Cons

Less payment & worst management

Advice to Management

Please improve your management

Former Employee - General Manager

I worked at GoAir full-time for more than a year

Pros

Nothing that I remember of.

Cons

Hire and Fire. You are forced to tele call and make people share personal documents which is then sold for money. I know a person called for interview and he was already holding offer. This person... was promised to release offer letter after sharing personal documents Go Air forced that prospective employee to drop the offer he already had. Go Air spolied his life. The above example is regular at Go Air. Employees are promissed and hired for different role and they are offered different role the new employee is never comfortable about.

Advice to Management

Stop stealing bread and butter of employees and candidate who come for interview. Stop indulging in malpractice.
