I worked at Agilus Work Solutions full-time for more than a year
I learned a lot during my time with Agilus and saw a lot of success with placements. There are a lot of senior level AE's and Recruiters to learn from and the management team always have an open door... and time to chat. There are some great tech clients who actively hire so if you keep your head down and put in the hours, you will see a lot of commission come your way. You are recognized for exceeding targets and substantial accomplishments.
They are slow to promote from within. You really need to be vocal about your desire to advance or they will assume you're happy with your current role. The office culture was a little out of date at... the time - no WFH, no office outings/team building.
Advice to Management
Continue to actively improve your culture. Actively promote from within/increase salary - not reactively.
I have been working at nnumann full-time for less than a year
If you're seeking for a great working environment, nnumann is for you. Each employee is motivated, well supported and there is plenty of room for personal initiatives. Management team is awesome and... I really feel that I'm part of a team driven by a unique culture. The company offers great benefits as well.
