Current Contractor - Assessment Engineer

I have been working at Accruent for more than 5 years

Pros

Diverse personnel, employees are respected and valued. Various interesting projects, great experience

Cons

Travel is becoming somewhat tiring

Former Employee - Email Marketing Analyst

I worked at Netspend full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Netspend seemed to strike a nice balance between large enough to provide decent stability, benefits, and compensation and small enough to not be burdened with too much bureaucracy. I found... management provided clear direction and was generally competent. Most of the staff was approachable, down to earth, and friendly.

Cons

Compensation could've been better from my point of view. Perhaps Management was a little too hands off at times.

Advice to Management

Don't think you need to be like other big Tech companies. The smaller, Texas born, culture is actually quite refreshing and could be a selling point.
