Do you have to interview again if you didn’t get the job the first time but the HM wants you to apply to the additional positions that opened up a few months after?

    Usually yes. Do you remember what their feedback was for that previous position? You may want to reflect on that and see how you can use that feedback this time. The fact that they got in touch again is a good sign. Maybe this specific position indeed is a better fit for you. Wish you all the best! :)

    Yes. Interviews are a strategy+lucky game. They didn’t choose you before because someone else was a better fit, it doesn’t mean they don’t like your profile
