    It depends on the client. H-1B legal fees can vary from under $1K to $3500 depending on the size of your employer. This goes up if there is an RFE. Generally speaking, H1B petitions are billed on a flat fee basis and the RFE is likely an additional fee (which could be hourly based).

Has anyone noticed the ESTA presence in all these stadiums for the WC? It is quite obvious that all the European fans only had to get ESTA and then hop onto the next flight. It was pretty obvious in the game between Norway v Senegal. Senegal lost the game despite being ranked almost 15 spots higher than Norway. But the crowd was almost all Norway and I feel that had something to do with it. The first worldness is way too obvious at this WC.

Hello, I am a Ghanaian with a Bsc. Telecommunication Engineering and I would work in Northern Ireland, Switzerland or Norway. Any recommendations on how to start, thank you. And I am also open to undertaking my masters in any of these countries if that is a much more realistic option.

did anyone have EY law firm file for them I-485 based on PERM EB2 in recent months? what documents did they require to file I-485 and how much did it take for them to file after submission? Would appreciate any kind of details here. thanks

I am on L1A and planning to apply for APS / I-485 soon. My lawyers are telling me I need to file for Advance parole and not travel for 8-10 months. I have 3 trips out of the US planned in the next 6 months. Do I even need to apply for AP?
