I received email to complete candidate information sheet (CIS) within 5 mins of completing tech - 2 interview. Does this mean i am selected?

The management trying to strictly implement RTO without enough seats, parking etc. itself is controversial. But threatening people of rating impact if RTO is not adhered for 80% of weeks in a year is shocking. More absurd and atrocious is the fact that the 80% of weeks includes all leaves, holidays and exemptions!!!

Someone has asked in this bowl about the work culture at EY GDS. Many people would vouch for this - "There's only work. No culture!"
