I want to ask a genuine query wrt to EYGDS.. 1.) Does the company provide any kind of access to learning portal like udemy, coursera etc? 2.) Does the company provide access to Claude code, GitHub copilot for the day-to-day development? 3.) Does the company provide Car lease to Manager role? 4.) Which laptop does the company provide to Manager role? 5.) What comes in the joining kit? 6. Are there any other benefits which I should be knowing before the joining? please help.

Genuine Question: I left GDS around a month back from business consulting (Process Controls) because I got an offer to work with an AI startup. I wanted to get exposed and own projects. Now, I have realised that the projects I was working in GDS for weeks are being done by Claude Opus in 10 mins with better results. What is the future of GDS? Especially for non technical roles? I had no idea how powerful AI is in GDS. @

What kind of lackadaisical approach is EY GDS following? They have implemented the RTO module just like that without any hints. Two things: First they don't have the courtesy to communicate in advance about this RTO module coming up If they couldn't do that, they don't even have the thoughtfulness to at least start tracking RTO after the announcement Utter lack of professionalism by a so called Big Four entity!
