Is CTC of 60 LPA at 9 years experience good enough to survive in Delhi/NCR?

So the latest RTO Policy Says No defined minimum number of hours. But 6 hours can be considered for general guidance. Conclusion:: I can still swipe in and out for the same, right?

The management trying to strictly implement RTO without enough seats, parking etc. itself is controversial. But threatening people of rating impact if RTO is not adhered for 80% of weeks in a year is shocking. More absurd and atrocious is the fact that the 80% of weeks includes all leaves, holidays and exemptions!!!

If someone’s lwd is on 2 October let’s say won’t he be getting the Variable pay ? Is it somewhere written officially that the employee should not be in NP during the time of Bonus payout ? Or only being on payroll you will get it ? If anyone has any idea please enlighten

Genuine Question: I left GDS around a month back from business consulting (Process Controls) because I got an offer to work with an AI startup. I wanted to get exposed and own projects. Now, I have realised that the projects I was working in GDS for weeks are being done by Claude Opus in 10 mins with better results. What is the future of GDS? Especially for non technical roles? I had no idea how powerful AI is in GDS. @
