Currently, I hold these two offers: 1. IBM – ₹12 LPA Fixed + 10% Variable | Hybrid | Bangalore (relocation required) 2. Colgate-Palmolive (FMCG Product-Based Company) – ₹14 LPA Fixed + 10% Variable | Hybrid (1 week office/ per month, rest WFH) | Mumbai Considering career growth, learning, work-life balance, appraisals, job stability, and long-term prospects, which offer would you recommend and why? Thanks in advance for your insights.
Need Advice Evaluating two offers: a fully remote product company and Altimetrik (Citi account) with higher compensation. Anyone working on the Citi account at Altimetrik? How are the work culture, learning opportunities, work-life balance, and long-term growth? Would appreciate honest feedback. Thanks!
I have been working in same company for 14 yrs and couldn't switch to diff company due to some personal reasons... Need to understand if this is my biggest mistake and can I possibly switch at this point? Pls provide genuine suggestions.
I am working in Deloitte USI. Due to office politcs, I am serving PIP right now. Initially I was putting more efforts thought tech lead and Manager will have some work ethics but they were trying to find loop holes and raising points on them, and even my coach is also from the same location, so she is also not putting my case fairly. Instead of wasting my energy fighting with them, now I've stopped putting more efforts from my end. My PIP end date is coming 8th July.
Hello everyone, I cleared my Infosys interview last month, but I haven't received any update regarding onboarding or the offer letter yet. My recruiter mentioned that the internal process takes around a month. Has anyone recently gone through the Infosys hiring process? How long did it take for you to receive the offer letter after clearing the interview? Any information would be appreciated. Thank you!
Eventually you will get 60 to 65 k in hand after deduction like pf and income tax , insurance . The employer's pf contribution will also be part of your CTC.... So yearly your pf cut will be almost 40 to 50 k.
Your in-hand salary (pre-taxes) will depend on many factors like: 1. Is gratuity a part of CTC? Few companies don't have gratuity added in CTC. 2. What is your basic and hence HRA. 3. Any variable component in the CTC.
I was earning 67499 when my fixed was 9.4
Okay So Mine will be around 65k something. Thanks.
Test it out at www.in-hand.in ... Let me know if it differs
