What does a HR Business Partner do?

As an HR Business Partner, you will provide advice to leadership regarding best practices to maximize employee efficiencies. You will champion a diverse workforce throughout the employee life cycle. You will foster a culture of continuous improvement through performance management.

An ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in progressively responsible HR roles and hold a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field with a PHR, SPHR or additional HR certification. You will be an expert in promoting diversity awareness and advising and mentoring leadership on all aspects of the employee life cycle. In addition, you will be responsible for the performance management program and the administration of payroll, benefits and training and development opportunities.
