By doing an internship for the role of HR Assistant, the benefits for me was the chance to improve my English, meet new people, form professional relationships and strengthen my career skills. The company had both canteens filled with fresh food and snacks daily.
No holidays for new starters. You had to work up holidays, but could not take them in December. Starting April, you had 4 days by December and you could not use them or take them over to the next year.
Free canteen (Tea/Coffee/Sandwiched/etc.), Subsidized health insurance, Pension scheme after 1 year
No insurance, that's a big con. Working at google have many benefits (free food, nice building)
