Good matching for pension at 7%, work from home is team based, but officially 2 days a month
Salary was good and competitive
Holidays are great (you can just schedule in the system and let the team knows). You have the option to work from home twice a month. Private health care is good (Laya). Bonus of 5%. Tax Saver
Best: Working from home Worst: Salary
Very good pension, healthcare cover and a performance bonus, which is something I'd never had in previous roles. A few extra days holidays wouldn't go amiss. :o)
If you get a good team you are going to have a lot of flexibility all around.
Salary was bellow average. They promised shares, but the amount of share was very low, not even 1 salary. They have good training budget though
Pension plan, share options scheme, work from home twice a month, health insurance, bike to work etc. Good office facilities. No free lunch but that's the exception rather than the rule unless you work at Google or a US tech company.
A couple of days off for childbirth. Lunch not included. Random breakfast or lunch is included.
Good pay, reasonably good package (good pension, share purchase scheme, good WFH etc) The Sports and social group arrange great events every two or three months.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
