Holidays are great (you can just schedule in the system and let the team knows). You have the option to work from home twice a month. Private health care is good (Laya). Bonus of 5%. Tax Saver
Very good pension, healthcare cover and a performance bonus, which is something I'd never had in previous roles. A few extra days holidays wouldn't go amiss. :o)

If you get a good team you are going to have a lot of flexibility all around.
Salary was bellow average. They promised shares, but the amount of share was very low, not even 1 salary. They have good training budget though
