The average price for you and your spouse. They hit you with a monthly surcharge fee of $150 if your spouse doesn't use their own benefits.
Probably some of the best benefits you can find in a company.
Good 401k match at 6% dollar for dollar, plus a 2% extra contribution from the company. Vacation starts at 3 weeks annually. The rest is fine, very middle of the pack.
Great 401k with generous match, solid health insurance, paid time off and fitness reimbursement
Worst: Health plan with high deductible. Other benefits are market average benefits. S
