Decent amount of vacation/sick/personal days, as well as Summer Fridays. Nice work-life balance. Includes vision and dental benefits.

The company every year kept reducing the benefits packages. Also they had no 401 k match which is disappointing.
The worst thing about the benefits package is that there is no longer a matching 401K at The Topps Company.
