30 days annual leave and pension contributions.
After 1 years service, 6 weeks annual leave
Company performance profit-share exceptionally generous, and distributed equally.
You get 5 weeks paid Holidays
Benefits are very good when it comes to subsidised health insurance and the pension contribution scheme is great. Also annual leave is up to 30 days which is exceptional. Don't expect much else if you don't work in sales with regards to bonuses or free tickets to events as this all goes to the sales teams. It loses one star as the social life is non-existent, there's no team bonding days or even a decent Christmas party for staff which effects morale and prevents you getting to know colleagues outside of work. You even have to pay for your own Christmas team lunch. There's no flexitime and working from home was not an option pre-Covid.
Generous annual leave. Very generous pension provided. Significant health and life insurance benefits. Regular employee healthcare screening, eye tests and annual vaccination programme.
Yearly company bonus is based on the total time of employment. There is no bonus based on performance or progression roadmap.
Great pension plan and 6 weeks of holidays after a year. No training, however.
Generous company life insurance and pension contributions plan. Modest contribution towards personal health insurance. Generous annual leave allocations.
Great holiday leave (30 days) is the outstanding benefit of working at The Irish Times. It also has a defined contribution pension scheme. No health etc or bonus/reward system for those working outside sales. Staff discount on subs to the paper/online edition and Irish Times Rewards offers.
