They are very understanding and will give you the time off that you need in relation to sick leave and other.
6 months of maternity leave with job at the end of it as far as I am aware.
Expectant parents were rewarded with maternity pay and paternity pay which benefitted them while they were off with their families
One week pay for fathers
Leave paid in line with govt legislation, nothing really more about that, they will pressure you to come back from it depending on your position
Did not apply to me as I did not use maternity cover but others seemed to be pleased with it. Lot of people opted to use half and take unpaid for the last few weeks/months of maternity leave
