Great pay and very helpful with arranging work to suit college. Good staff discount and always the option to work extra hours.

Best thing is the subsidised Lunch in the canteen. So a meal is very cheap. The worst thing is the very low employee discount 10% but you don't even get to use it until you've worked there for a year.

Good Sunday, night time and overtime incentives. The Tesco privilege card gives a 10% discount but is only issued to employers after 1 year

There is no benefits package, basic pay with no benefits. Can have shares and pension. Get reduced food in the canteen if you work before 5 pm. No food available after that except for vending machines

best is the hour flexibity, worst is little extra curricular support, no gym memberships etc. The benfits need to be more clearly explained upon hiring. Have heard the benefits are faciung cuts recently.
