- Vacation & Paid Time Off(79 comments)
‘It’s nice to have sick days separate from vacation. You have to use all vacation each year but can bank unused sick. Plus you get 8 holidays and 3 personal days. Good work life balance’
Excellent benefits package, including Heath, 401k and time off
Paid time off. They offer a minimum of 3 weeks (up to five weeks) vacation PLUS 7 sick days, and 11 holidays (3 of these are personal floating days) per year.
401k match is good, medical insurance is ridiculously expensive, paid holidays, PTO, PTS
Pretty good rates for the cost
Benefits are fine, 401k match of 6%
You get benefits from day 1!
A generous benefits package with great health coverage
Good PTO/Sick time. 401K plan
Health Insurance is fairly priced but has restrictions like Yearly Deductible and ability to decline to cover dental procedures.
I had no benefits as an intern
