    Not a lot of benefits , should look into doing more for full time staff and management understandably don't offer a lot as fast pace environment staff coming and going for college but for settled staff more should be offered

    Aren't really any benefits when you're a part time worker. You get about 3 holiday days a year. They are reasonably flexible with hours and when you can/can't work.
