Introduced uncapped annual leave in the past 18 months. Many staff/teams taking full advantage of uncapped leave benefits but those in day to day operations are then left feeling guilty taking 21/23 days. Initiatives like this need to suit the whole organisation rather than just 1 or 2 departments.

You get paid while on vacation but you need to book ahead
You have to apply for vacations way too early. Your DC will tell you when its ok for YOU to take holidays. They need more staff to help cover the holidays, but hey we're all entitled to them. If they treated their staff better they might have the staff.
Uncapped paid time off, extremely flexible and accommodating on any request needed. If performing, granted additional paid leave.
Paddy Power Betfair will offer unlimited holiday time form January 2018. Very flexible working hours.
With the part time package you receive a substantial amount of holidays it depends on the time you arrive but receive about 11/12 hours a month.
When booking a day off, you need to wait till 1/2 weeks before the rota is published before you are told if you can have that day off. Booking holiday days needs to be done individually as there can be issues with the work force management.
Currently being changed to unlimited leave, but when you work on a team that does shift work this won't work. Service days are being taken
Minimum 21 days leave with 2 additional company days and service days added over time depending on length of service.
