The benefits were one of the best things Navicent offers! Thankful to be apart of a great company with great benefits. Employee health was an amazing credit.

The benefits at the med are great from the medical issue, dental and vision to matching you at 5% towards 401k.

The best things about the benefits are that they are completely customizable. The employe can choose whichever options are best for them and their families.

Benefits were fair but PTO , and Extended Illness Benefit are gone. Supposedly, PTO IS FROZEN FOR SEVERAL MONTHS. Upper management seeking ways to meet budget requirements for new owner, Atrium Health.

Very expensive for little benefits. Can pretty much only use their hospital. Pain in the neck to deal with them over tier 1 coverage in which they have no providers so you have to use outside providers.

the health insurance is decent, if you don't smoke it is very reasonable but you can only use the pharmacy at the hospital.
