401k and money and money
Incredible medical benefits and unlimited PTO; stipend for wellness / gym membership. High 401k match.
The benefits can’t be beat. My favorite thing is the annual Perks+ for FTEs that you can spend and get reimbursed for many things. 401k and stock bonuses are also good.

High deductible is the only downside
