Good life/disability insurance is also paid for by the company. Free snacks/breakfast cereals. Access to some industry training libraries and journals. Discounts at some nearby gyms and restaurants. Annual flu vaccine. Occasional free lunches and social events throughout the year. Standard Irish legal minimums for leave: 21 days annual leave + 9 public holidays. 26 weeks maternity/24 weeks adoption leave. 2 weeks Paternity leave. 5 weeks Parent's Leave (though Klas only pay the first 2 weeks, with the remainder paid at the state benefit rate). Statutory sick pay. The negatives are few. No financial training/tuition support beyond direct business needs though some flexibility with hours has been known to happen. No childcare assistance beyond state supports and all nearby creches are pretty full.
