Decent offering. Needs company contributions/subsidies to be at a higher rate.
Competitive and respectful to employees
For every paycheck, you receive 2 hours of PTO and Sick Leave. Biggest gripe is that Sick Leave and PTO are separate. This means if you have an emergency and are out of Sick Leave you won't be permitted to take PTO unless you asked off in advance.
The benefits at Keywords are not good when compared to other local game studios in the Seattle region.
15 days PTO to start with, also studios will shut down during the Christmas week.
