Ability to buy an extra 2 weeks of holidays is amazing, free financial advice from Origins is great but the Employee Assistance Program needs a lot of work. Counsellors they get are not great. Not the companies fault. After 3 years you're entitled to a sabbatical.
No health Insurance, hours are flexible (finish at 12 on Friday's), miles are paid for well when travelling.
All BH Mondays and Fridays prior off.
Benefits package is all for show. Pensions being slashed. Only way to get anywhere is to be a lick.
