Health insurance was worth the wait.
Great company to work for
Mostly good, could use better 401K. Worst thing would be no PTO.
hays benefits were very good
Health insurance offered is expensive even for a younger single individual. They do not offer any 401k match. Submitted timesheet tends to not be processed occasionally and is made up by applying multiple week earnings to a single week, raising tax withholding.
The benefits package at Hays is great. They even have a free teledoc
