Holidays and bonus and quite good, I cant personally think of what exactly are the worst things about the benefits package.
- Initial pay is ok - about 30k for It graduate roles. - Salary increase after the program are very small (4-5k). Trying to get a raise after this is almost impossible and will take years.
You get 10% of your salary in a bonus in March. This depends if you have met your PDP requirements. No health insurance offered.
No benefits poor pay no health cover poor bonus poor base salary No benefits poor pay no health cover poor bonus poor base salary
No study leave which i thought was interesting.
No healthcare, no flexible time
Full education support for accountancy graduates, which is standard wherever you go. No other benefits for graduates.
It is a Minimum national standard package essentially. There is nothing that stands out about it.
Worst - Low Salary, no health care, no credit card so expenses must be fronted by employees. Paltry staff parties. Best - Employee discount on products
The worst thing about the benefits package is that you have to contribute a lot yourself & some can be taking off you without notice
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
