The retirement plan and salaries are rather disappointing. The 401k and profit sharing combo is advertised as being higher than the traditional 401k match, but when combined it leaves a lot of room. For a financial firm that looks to better the lives of clients and colleagues, deciding against raising salaries to match inflation is counterintuitive.
