    They pay you for time off and if you don’t take it you get it in final pay check so that’s great

    As a manager you receive 25 days paid holidays and you have to take the days off in 5 day blocks which isn't ideal but 25 days is nice time off which compensates in part for working late evenings, weekends and around Christmas.
