Benefits package was generally good compared to other employers in the market
No maternity leave, not paid sick days till one year
Holidays are regular 21 days, you have to take them when they say you can take them. Big pro is a Christmas bonus which in my store ranged from €200-€500 but it's all in Dunnes Stores vouchers
Worked in Dunnes for a over a year and it’s good pay non the less but the hours given for a college student is very appalling, the coworkers will definitely brighten up the shifts for you. The majority of the managers are beautiful people but then you’ll have a couple that’ll make working there a living hell for you.
you get health care when there for a number of years, they reward employees that are there for a long time
21 days per year for holiday and employee discount card
As a pros in Dunnes Stores I would mention a Vacation and Paid time off, Sick leave, Employee Discount, Christmas vouchers,
Pros - + Long Hours (25-39 Hours a week on Full time). + €10.80 per hour (You get extra on Bank Holidays/Sundays) + Employee Discount - 10% I believe it is. Cons. - Don't get paid for your assigned break. - Expect you to leave your cellphone & other valuables such as Money etc inside a locker which no keys are provided to do so nor is there a key at the locker. Overall: It's a good company to work for it just all depends on what type of Dunnes you aim for as each other is different.
Good pay , Good management, Easy
10% discount, and christmas bonous
