The best is I work with great people. People make or break a job. The worst is the commute: up to 125 miles everyday for many hence: the INL 500 as it is called. The location is in the middle of nowhere and many work in places that remind you of prison complete with double barb wire fence and guards with machine guns. They have discontinued their pensions which really isn't good for the moral of the employees. Benefits have also been manipulated and cut. Also the greediest of current companies has caused them to cut back on services and maintenance so things are getting run down.
