Reasonable benefits, the 401k match decreased over years to be less than competitors, paid time off was similar to competitors but carryover from year to year was recently capped.

Employee ownership, but came from your 401k match. Didn't like that you lost out on standard 401k match benefits as you got some in enployee stock instead.
