Great medical plans available. Paternity leave is 8 weeks. Must be taken all at once or in two 4 week segments.

The salary is average but the benefits are solid. Includes the general 401k with company match, 2 weeks vacation & a week of company shutdown, a 10% annual bonus, and annual raises depending on performance. Work/life balance is highly respected.

BSC provides extensive benefits to their employees, great health insurance, stock options, maternity leave, development opportunities, you name it. BSC takes care of their employees, and I couldn't be happier with my experience over the last 7+ years.

Overall good benefits, however, the medical insurance has gone down hill in recent years not as good as it was.
