Good staff to work with

Terrible structure of management. No respect with workers. Does not communicate well with multicultural team. Terrible pay rates. Definitely the worst company that I worked in my life They do a service of catering in the Black Rock Clinic. I am pity of the patients that pay a fortune in the Health Insurance to be assisted by the worst catering company of Ireland, maybe the planet. At least the workforce composed the most for immigrants try their best with the minimal instruction, equipment and respect . The company act with negligence in cases of abuse, xenophobe and racism inside the workplace not reporting cases for management.

There was not benefits despite lunch included in this job. I could take short brake and eat tasty meal, drink coffee or sparkling water.
