healthcare, pension, 25 days off, dental, travel insurgence, options to add family members. helps with educational support , tax saver are all helpful and cover a lot of bases
Pay is poor and the scale for raises is terrible and does not reward hard work. You would be doing well to get a four figure bonus
No benefits given to contractors
Generous benefits inc.private health insurance, pension and 25 days annual leave. Annual bonus not very generous.
8% Pension, Good Salary, Full healthcare
The health cover is excellent and provides a wide range of benefits for maternity, dental and other medical expenses. The pension is ok, pretty standard.
25 days holidays , you can buy 5 days , Maternity pay , looking to bring in Agile working depending on the team ( work from home )
For an intern there wasn't the level of benefits offered compared to if you were a full time employee but this is understanding due to your short time at the firm.
The Best benefit is Employer matching employee pension contributions Good Holiday entitlement and Life Insurance Nob"worst" benefit to speak of
To be fair BNY Mellon offer a very competitive benefits package on par with many of it's competitors. The standard number of annual leave days is good and there is the ability to buy additional days or to receive time in lieu (if working bank holidays). The pension plan is flexible in that you can adjust your contributions. Health insurance is covered by the company for permanent staff too. You also have the option to buy holiday insurance too.
