‘Best - Take whatever days you wish. Worst - No Paternity leave, when i was there.’
Pension, annual leave, working hours
Pros: Work life balance and nice people here.
Fairly std package, no Healthcare included.
Good Pension Scheme - AIB contributes 10% of wage per year.
No bonus, no car allowance, no health insurance, no pay increases, etc. Decent pension scheme is only perk.
Best things would be great people to work with and good pension but the rest of the benefits are no where near the level of competition. Some more benefits may come back but I don’t see bonus or any of that happening for a good number of years.
No benefits but baked into compensation instead
Good pension, subsidised lunches, part time hrs
Pension package is excellent, very competitive
Good pension for all staff
