‘Time off appears to be in line with other organisations in the Irish market place, as far as I can tell.’
‘Good pension with employer matching employee contributions. It’s kept me in AIB. ’
‘Good paid maternity leave (6 months paid) ’
Competitive salary and overall package.
Company doesn’t offer any benefits
Very poor benefit, no health insurance etc
A generous pension contribution matching
No benefits at all in AIB
No health insurance included in benefits
none that i can think of
Good pension as employee contributions matched by AIB depending on employee age. Only thing keeping me there. Performance related pay for outstanding performance is miserly to non existent (wouldn’t cover increase in cost of stamps). Good maternity & paternity leave but that’s it. Salaries are not market so constant loss of best people leaving everyone under pressure and annoyed at replacements being paid far more.
Pension, sick leave & maternity benefits are best perks
Lower than market pay, no bonuses and no to little performance related increments. No health insurance or gym membership. Good pension and free bank account. Good maternity and paternity benefits
