Private health insurance for you and dependent ones, pension contribution, 25 days holidays, life insurance, mobile phone &internet paid for, paid maternity leave, parental leave, company paid charity /volunteering days, company shares/equity employee discount. Wfh/flexibility depends on the client/project so it can vary but hybrid in most cases.

Base Salary - pension, holidays, healthcare good
Company matches employee's contributions if you are above CL13 but if you leave the company without having reached 2 pensionable years, Accenture will take all of their contribution back.
